Twice a year we organise an ImproXchange workshop in our studio where teacher Miquel de Jong and our regular performers Tarek Rammo and Francesco Barba introduce you to our way of working.
The focus is on improvisation and instant composition, combining elements of contact improvisation, floor and aerial acrobatics with compositional tools. In doing so, you are encouraged to rely on the instinctive knowledge of your body and to follow your natural movement impulses, while remaining actively involved in the overall composition.
