Go tell the women (we’re leaving)

Go tell the women (we’re leaving) portrays three businessmen going out together. The performance focuses on their attitude and the power-games they play. Starting with a formal handshake their behaviour becomes more relaxed and their contact friendlier as the evening progresses. Their personal stories trickle through and humour interchanges with painful disclosures. Until the morning approaches and the ties are pulled straight once again to start a new day at the office.

Go tell the women (we’re leaving) made it to the finals of the MASDANZA choreography competition of the Canary Islands, Spain and was selected for the European Aerowaves network and the Berner Tanzpreise, Switzerland. Next to a successful tour through the Netherlands the piece was warmly received in Germany, Norway, Spain, Russia and China.
